Delivery and returns

Despatch

Orders placed and cleared before 16:00 on a working day leave the same day. Everything else goes the next morning. Complete systems are built and burned in first, which adds three working days — the product page says so on the line.

Carriage

• UK mainland next working day: £12.50 ex VAT, free over £500 ex VAT of goods.
• Pre-noon, Saturday and timed delivery: quoted at cost when you ask.
• Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands: quoted before despatch.
• Export outside the UK: quoted per order, with the paperwork handled here.

Data centre deliveries

Most colocation halls need a booking reference and a delivery window, and will turn a courier away without one. Put the goods-in hours and any booking requirement in the delivery notes at checkout and we will arrange the slot rather than leaving it to the carrier. We can deliver to your colo, your integrator, or direct to site under your own reference.

Returns

• Faulty in warranty — replaced or refunded. Advance replacement on trade accounts, carriage paid both ways by us.
• Ordered in error — 30 days to return unused goods in resaleable condition for a full refund. Carriage back is yours.
• Dead on arrival — tell us within 14 days and we treat it as our error, including carriage.

Configured-to-order systems are excluded from error returns once built, because they are made to your specification. Tell us before we start the build and there is no charge.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from the warehouse in Manchester by appointment. Call ahead so the order is picked and waiting.
