Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: your name, work email, phone, company, delivery address and what you bought.
- Trade account applications: company registration and credit information, plus the outcome of a credit check.
- Enquiries: whatever you put in a form or an email to us.
Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. We do not see or store card numbers.
Why we can use it
To perform the contract when you order, and for our legitimate interest in running a trade business — credit assessment, fraud prevention and account management. We keep order and invoice records for six years to meet HMRC requirements.
Who we share it with
Our couriers, so they can deliver; our payment provider, so you can pay; our accountants and credit reference agencies where relevant. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
